JAMIESON STREET, EMU PLAINS

A settled home, with support that can change with you.

Jamieson Street is an established SIL home with a quiet, harmonious household, a spacious main house and a separate self-contained granny flat. The support model is hands-on, with a 1:3 ratio and the goal of staff onsite 24/7.

AN ESTABLISHED, SETTLED HOUSEHOLD

A spacious home where stability and support already have a strong foundation.

Jamieson Street is a five-bedroom main house, with the intention to occupy only three bedrooms. One current vacancy is the master bedroom with its own ensuite, allowing the rest of the home to retain generous common areas rather than feeling like a crowded share house.

The household is quiet and settled, with a positive relationship between the current residents and no significant behaviours of concern currently affecting day-to-day life in the home.

Jamieson Street, Emu Plains

More than a vacancy. A home with an established rhythm and a real track record.

An established, settled household

Two existing residents who have created a very calm and harmonious home environment.

A home that can support changing needs

The older cohort means we can support people whose needs may naturally change over time, rather than looking for people who are unlikely to require additional support in the future.
Strong staff consistency

Permanent part-time and full-time staff, with the opportunity for participants to have input into their staffing preferences, recruitment and ongoing rosters.
Genuine transition experience

Existing experience supporting people to leave long-term admissions and rebuild everyday routines.
A spacious, tranquil home

The size of the property means it doesn’t need to feel like a crowded share house. There is room to create additional common spaces and give residents a genuine sense of personal space.
A home connected to the local community

Quiet neighbourhood, local walking opportunities and the ability to work alongside participants’ preferred community participation providers.
