We offer a selection of 3 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom self-contained villas meticulously designed to meet the stringent design requirements for robust and high physical support under the NDIS.
Participants will have the flexibility to bring their own 1-1 supports.
These properties feature a spacious communal area and onsite office provides the opportunity for 24×7 unplanned overnight support or Overnight Onsite Assistance (OOA).* Each individual villa is an active support villa and not provisioned for any over-night passive sleepover.
*The provision of an OOA service will be dependent on the needs of the participant cohort.
