JAMIESON STREET, EMU PLAINS
A settled home, with support that can change with you.
Jamieson Street is an established SIL home with a quiet, harmonious household, a spacious main house and a separate self-contained granny flat. The support model is hands-on, with a 1:3 ratio and the goal of staff onsite 24/7.
AN ESTABLISHED, SETTLED HOUSEHOLD
A spacious home where stability and support already have a strong foundation.
Jamieson Street is a five-bedroom main house, with the intention to occupy only three bedrooms. One current vacancy is the master bedroom with its own ensuite, allowing the rest of the home to retain generous common areas rather than feeling like a crowded share house.
The household is quiet and settled, with a positive relationship between the current residents and no significant behaviours of concern currently affecting day-to-day life in the home.

OUR SUPPORT MODEL
Hands-on support, familiar staff and room for needs to evolve.
- 1:3 SIL support ratio, with the goal of staff onsite 24/7.
- Permanent part-time and full-time staff to support stronger consistency.
- Participants can have input into staffing preferences, recruitment and ongoing rosters.
- Support can flex as mobility, routines or day-to-day needs change over time.
- The granny flat can potentially be supported through shared supports with the main house or a more individualised 1:1 model, depending on the participant.
- Allara is open to working alongside a participant's preferred community participation provider.
TRANSITION SUPPORT
A home with a real track record of helping people move forward.
Jamieson Street has already supported two participants to transition out of long-term admissions and reintegrate back into the community. That experience gives the home a stronger proof point than generic promises about confidence or independence.
What that support has looked like
- Supporting complex transitions from long-term admissions into community living.
- Rebuilding practical skills such as cooking, cleaning and managing everyday routines.
- Providing consistent staff and a stable household while participants adjust.
- Supporting gradual reconnection with community life.
- Adapting the support approach as a participant's needs develop.

I have had a very positive experience working with Allara Support services as a landlord. The team has been professional, reliable and very easy to communicate with throughout our tenancy. They have been respectful of the property, responsive whenever needed, and have made the whole process smooth and straightforward. It is reassuring as a landlord to work with an organisation that is organised, responsible and genuinely committed to providing quality support to their clients. I would happily recommend Allara & their passionate team to other property owners and landlords looking to work with a professional and trustworthy NDIS provider.Posted on Google![]()

Allara / Morpheus Care – Penrith Thank you, you’ve been very helpful. Morpheus Care has been supportive and professional, and the team takes the time to explain things clearly. As a new building in Penrith, everything feels fresh and well organised. All the companies on Level 3 work with the NDIS, and the staff are very caring, gentle, nurturing, and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and respected. 🧑🦽🧑🦼🏋️♀️🤸♀️🧘♀️♥️🌹💐🌷🪷Posted on Google![]()
