And just like that, Allara is SIX! 🎂❤️ After a big day of photoshoots, we continued the celebrations with our incredible Head Office team, coming together to celebrate Allara’s sixth birthday and enjoy a little Melbourne Cup fun along the way! We still can’t quite believe it’s been six years! Looking back at how much Allara has grown, the milestones we’ve achieved and the incredible people we’ve welcomed along the way makes this birthday feel extra special. To every single person who has played a part in our journey, thank you. We genuinely couldn’t have made it this far without the dedication, passion and hard work of the amazing people who make Allara what it is today. Here’s to six incredible years, an even more incredible team and many more milestones to celebrate together! 🥂

After a big day of photoshoots, we...

Six years of Allara deserved a pretty special celebration, and with how much our team has grown, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to get everyone together and capture some fresh faces along the way! We headed to The @two7project for a photoshoot to update our staff headshots, capture new group photos and officially welcome all of our incredible new team members into the Allara photo collection. With so many amazing people joining us as we’ve continued to grow, there were plenty of new faces to get in front of the camera! Of course, it wouldn’t be an Allara celebration without a little bit of fun in between. Alongside the professional shots, there was plenty of dancing, laughing, questionable poses and moments that remind us just how much personality we have under one roof. Six years of growing, learning, building and bringing incredible people together. We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and so grateful to every person who has been part of the Allara journey. Here’s to the people behind the work, the new faces joining the journey and everything still to come. ❤️

Maddie’s Journey ✨ Maddie has been part of the Allara family since 2020. Since then, she’s been building her everyday living skills and growing her independence, one step at a time. Maddie loves dancing, and if there’s one thing she loves even more, it’s PINK! 💅 She has been developing her daily living skills and independence in preparation for moving out of home and into a SIL home. We’re so proud to be part of Maddie’s journey, supporting her every step of the way as she works towards her goals, builds her independence, and continues doing the things she loves.
