A Private Home Built Around You
“Finally, a place where you have flexibility in your life”
Serenity is a home built for genuinely accessible, independent living – for people who want their own front door and their own routine, whatever level of physical support they need.
Every home is High Physical Support (HPS) by design, backed by Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) and a highly upskilled Allara team already supporting one of our most medically complex participants onsite.
Family and friends are always welcome, and the Penrith you know – CBD, Westfield, Nepean Hospital, the M4 – is just minutes away. It’s reassurance and freedom, without ever feeling clinical.
109 Maxwell Street, South Penrith NSW
More Than a Home. A Place to Live Life Your Way.
Serenity combines accessible design, privacy and experienced support to help you live with greater freedom and confidence.
A quiet building – a curated, harmonious community where every resident is matched for calm, privacy and independence; the question every family asks on tour, answered in the headline.
Accessible by design, home by feel – High Physical Support fit-out built in, not bolted on, for the full range of physical support needs.
Proven clinical capability, not just accessible design – Serenity is already home to one of Allara’s most medically complex participants, supported successfully by a highly upskilled onsite team – real proof, not a promise.
Allara’s relationship-led support, already local – Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) from a named team, preferred-worker stability, and a smarter funding model: lean on shared OOA support rather than always drawing down 1:1 hours.

KEY FEATURES
A Home Designed for Real Life.
Accessibility shouldn’t make a home feel clinical. Serenity combines specialised High Physical Support design with welcoming spaces created for everyday living.
Purpose-built, architecturally designed High Physical Support (HPS) homes on a private South Penrith street – an accessible fit-out that still feels like a home, not a facility.
Each home is a private 1- or 2-bedroom apartment with its own front door, own kitchen and own routine – not a group home or shared arrangement; family and friends visit a home, not a facility.
Genuinely built for complex needs – ceiling hoist provisions in bedrooms and bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling tiled roll-in showers, height-adjustable stone benchtops, and synthetic-grass outdoor areas for wheelchair access.
Minutes from Penrith CBD, Westfield, Nepean Hospital and the M4 – the calm of a residential street with the convenience of the city close by.
Two ways in: a long-term SDA tenancy, or a funded Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) bridge stay while home modifications, a vacancy,or the right SDA option are being finalised.
Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) built in, not bolted on – a dedicated onsite support room with kitchen, laundry and ensuite, backed by a preferred-worker record. This will enable participants to optimise their SDA funding.
Five HPS-certified homes: ground-floor units suit full physical support needs and larger equipment; first-floor units are HPS via a smaller lift, best suited to manual wheelchair or 4-wheel walker users.
