Support is prioritised using a triage system: urgent requests are addressed immediately, while non-urgent needs may take up to an hour.

The Nurse Call Buttons and Pendants in your apartment can be used at any time to request assistance, whether for daily needs such as mobility support, help with technology, or accessing personal care, as well as for emergencies.
OSS is flexible and available for unexpected, ad-hoc needs, while Planned Support is scheduled in advance for regular, time-specific tasks.
