Five generous bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms, and ducted air conditioning/heating throughout for year-round comfort. 

Multiple indoor living spaces that provide opportunities for both social connection and personal downtime with the flexibility to create dedicated spaces such as a sensory room, movie room or quiet retreat. 

Ideally located with a bus stop directly outside the home, just a 3-minute drive to Mt Druitt Train Station, providing easy access to supported employment, education, day programs and the wider community. 

Only 5 minutes from Westfield Mt Druitt, offering convenient access to shopping, cafés, medical services and other everyday amenities. 

One of three Allara SIL homes located on the same street, creating opportunities to share support resources, improve participant compatibility and deliver more cost-effective support arrangements.

Low to Medium SIL Support

Generally SIL funded or SIL eligible and requiring assistance with some daily living activities.

Looking for Long-Term Living

Seeking a stable home rather than short-term or transitional accommodation.

Suited to a Two-Storey Home

Physically able to safely access and live within a two-storey home environment on an ongoing basis.

Positive Shared Living

Values respectful relationships, personal space and the opportunity to live with compatible housemates in a shared home.

Motivated to Build Independence

Interested in developing skills, confidence and greater choice while remaining connected to a support network.

Community Participation and Connection

Interested in accessing employment, education, volunteering or day programs while building social connections and participating in the local community.
