Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at Allara Support Services, Chris Hill brings over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, fitness, banking, not-for-profit, and children’s services.

With a passion for building purpose-driven teams, Chris focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture. She ensures that participants have the best possible experience when transitioning into Allara’s Support Services, making the process seamless and supportive.

Lara Busby

People and culture officer

Lara is the People and Culture Officer as well as the Payroll officer at Allara Support Services She is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. Her role focuses on enhancing employee well-being, supporting professional growth, and promoting a strong company culture. She works closely with leadership and teams to ensure our values are reflected in everyday practices, driving both individual and organisational success.

Supported Independent Living Managers

The Senior Leadership Team at Allara Support Services recognises that their success is intrinsically linked to the dedication and hard work of their team of Supported Independent Living (SIL) Managers and Support Workers. On the frontline of delivering quality support to our participants, our team consists of six dedicated and hardworking SIL Managers who oversee all our SIL services, properties, and participants. Alongside them, our team of over 200 Support Workers are committed to providing exceptional care and support, ensuring that each participant receives the personalised assistance they need. This collaborative effort between leadership and frontline staff is the cornerstone of Allara’s commitment to excellence and participant well-being.
