April’s role is pivotal in ensuring that participants live their best lives, supported by a nurturing and skilled team.

She ensures that participants have the best possible experience when transitioning into Allara’s Support Services, making the process seamless and supportive.

Known for streamlining processes and fostering strong team environments, Rachel supports Allara’s leadership in delivering exceptional experiences for clients and staff alike. Her dedication and strategic insight make her a vital contributor to Allara’s success and mission.

Lara Busby

Office & Clinical Manager

Lara is the Office and Clinical Manager as well as our Payroll Officer and Nursing Team contact at Allara. Lara’s role involves overseeing Allara’s operations and enhancing key areas, including customer experience and operational transformation. 
 
With her diverse skill set, she is dedicated to driving meaningful improvements throughout the organisation. Her strategic focus on office organisation, communication, and project management helps ensure that Allara continues to thrive and deliver exceptional services.

Supported Independent Living Managers

The Senior Leadership Team at Allara Support Services recognises that their success is intrinsically linked to the dedication and hard work of their team of Supported Independent Living (SIL) Managers and Support Workers. On the frontline of delivering quality support to our participants, our team consists of six dedicated and hardworking SIL Managers who oversee all our SIL services, properties, and participants. Alongside them, our team of over 200 Support Workers are committed to providing exceptional care and support, ensuring that each participant receives the personalised assistance they need. This collaborative effort between leadership and frontline staff is the cornerstone of Allara’s commitment to excellence and participant well-being.
