Concierge/OSS provides flexible, ad-hoc assistance for unplanned situations, such as technology issues, medication support, or urgent help, while still allowing residents to maintain independence.

Concierge/OSS is available for NDIS participants living in SDA or shared accommodations who require occasional assistance with personal care, household tasks, or community participation.
