Key Features & Funding Requirements

Serenity is designed for safety, accessibility, and comfort. Each home includes a sprinkler system, slip- and water-resistant flooring, air conditioning, an audio-visual intercom, and ample storage.

The kitchen features height-adjustable stone benchtops and high-end appliances, while the bathroom offers floor-to-ceiling tiles, accessible facilities, and ceiling hoist provisions. Bedrooms include integrated wardrobes and ceiling hoist support for mobility.

Outdoors, synthetic grass ensures wheelchair-friendly access, complemented by lush gardens for a serene environment.

Ideally, you will have funding for SDA (High Physical Support), along with SIL funding of a 1:4 ratio shared amongst the other four villas. We collaborate and complement your existing support network because we know how important strong partnerships are. At Serenity, we pride ourselves on fostering meaningful collaboration to ensure you receive the highest quality support and care.

SDA with Concierge/OSS is purpose-built housing designed for accessibility, offering private apartments with shared support services to assist residents with daily tasks and unexpected needs.

Concierge/OSS provides flexible, ad-hoc assistance for unplanned situations, such as technology issues, medication support, or urgent help, while still allowing residents to maintain independence.

Concierge/OSS is available for NDIS participants living in SDA or shared accommodations who require occasional assistance with personal care, household tasks, or community participation.

Concierge/OSS offers help with daily tasks, evening check-ins, medication reminders, technology troubleshooting, social event setup, and urgent situations requiring immediate attention.

Support is prioritised using a triage system: urgent requests are addressed immediately, while non-urgent needs may take up to an hour.

You can contact the Concierge/OSS team via phone, text, or by visiting the Concierge/OSS unit. The Nurse Call Buttons and Pendants in your apartment can be used at any time to request assistance, whether for daily needs such as mobility support, help with technology, or accessing personal care, as well as for emergencies.

Concierge/OSS is flexible and available for unexpected, ad-hoc needs, while Planned Support is scheduled in advance for regular, time-specific tasks.

Yes, Concierge/OSS is available around the clock to provide support whenever needed, whether during the day or overnight.

Costs depend on your NDIS funding and support plan. The service agreement outlines the pricing structure, billing details, and any potential adjustments.

Yes, your service agreement is flexible and can be adjusted as your needs evolve. You can discuss changes with your NDIS Planner or Support Coordinator.

Concierge/OSS works alongside your direct support provider to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated care experience. While your direct support provider delivers planned, one-on-one support, Concierge/OSS is available for unplanned and ad-hoc assistance. Both teams collaborate in the best interests of your well-being, ensuring you receive the right support at the right time.
